Local Heroes Trade Association: The Tile Association

Founded in 2000 with the merger of the UK’s biggest tiling organisations, The Tile Association promotes, upholds and maintains professional and technical standards in the UK’s tiling industry.

Headquartered in Stone, Staffordshire, The Tile Association currently has over 1,000 members including contractors, manufacturers, distributors and retailers.

Local Heroes partnered with TTA in 2017 to provide the tilers on our platform with the qualifications and experience they need to be the best they can be, and to offer them the opportunity to grow their businesses and reach more customers

TTA is a member of Build UK (the leading organisation in the construction industry) and the CPA (Construction Products Association, who represent the UK’s manufacturers and distributors of construction products and materials).

We’re proud to work with the Tile Association because of how they give back to the community. Since 2010, the Tile Association has raised over £25,000 for Children Today, a charity that helps young people with disabilities to reach their potential and live fulfilling lives.
