Identified the problem. Very professional.

Great communication, helpful and explanation about the job.

He added no value,  did not know what he was doing, could not read the EICR, was late & cancelled  appointments & told me he would not come back until the following week, did not fix the faults, charged £404 and issued a failure certificate. I did not receive a quote to finish the work. Very disappointed!

Toqir was reliable, punctual and explained what he was doing in a way which was easy for the lay person to understand. He was also professional and personable and seemed dedicated to providing a good service. This is the first time i have used Local Heroes and this was a fantastic start!
