As we vet every tradesperson that joins the Local Heroes platform, we’re confident in the technical experience and professional capability of every one. However, we still ask all of our tradespeople to familiarise themselves with the Code of Conduct and our in house team of customer service professionals and tradespeople work hard to ensure the Code of Conduct is upheld.

All customers booking a job on our platform will receive a full itemised quote before deciding whether to proceed

Your tradesperson will notify you ahead of time, no more waiting in all day for your tradesperson to arrive
Be polite, friendly
All Local Heroes tradespeople will treat you and your property with respect
Keep you updated throughout your job
As your job progresses you will be informed of the situation, especially if there are any changes required
