Anyone, skilled or not, can print a few business cards or put a sticker on their van and claim to be a plumber or tiler.
But at Local Heroes, all tradespeople on our platform are vetted and monitored by our in-house Operations team - a large team of ex-tradespeople and customer service experts. This ensures all our customers receive the absolute highest levels of service from independent, trusted and local tradespeople no matter where they are.
Once we have certified a tradesperson and they are officially a Local Hero, they are expected to abide by the Local Heroes Code of Conduct.
