I've had two good experiences on local heroes. The tradespeople were good, honest, efficient and experienced. Have been charged fairly and appreciate the 12 month guarantee on the work. Feels reassuring to have the backing of a recognised company

The electrician was very professional and friendly. He completed the job in under an hour and was very helpful in collecting our old stuff to get it properly recycled. I am also very impressed with the Local Heroes system as it was quick and easy to use!

Brilliant service, someone was in touch within half hour, fixed boiler no problem despite others failing repeatedly. Can not fault this site or the hero they sent to me.

I have used the service a few times now and every time the tradesperson has been professional and friendly. The fact that payments go through the platform appears to weed out a lot of dishonest tradespeople. The price is often not the cheapest, but it's often reasonable.
