Should you need a fix once the job’s been done, we’re here for you:

• We ensure all Local Heroes guarantee their work and parts for up to 12 months
• Should something go wrong, simply let your Hero know and they’ll come back and fix it
• If your original Hero can’t fix the issue for whatever reason, you know your guarantee is backed by British Gas - you’re in safe hands.

To activate your guarantee

• Pay your Local Hero online through our website
• If you pay your Hero in cash you won’t get the guarantee
• Your Local Heroes guarantee certificate will be emailed
• Should something go wrong, simply contact your Hero to fix the problem

If your job is a temporary fix, for example a repair rather than a replacement of a component, a drainage job, or a part that needs to be lubricated, then it’s not covered by this guarantee. Your Hero should tell you if it is a temporary fix.
