Hero app goes live!
Introducing Toolbox
At Local Heroes, we are always looking for ways to make our customers and the Heroes’ lives easier. Heroes asked us for an app to manage their jobs, and we’re proud to announce that we’ve just launched Toolbox, a one-stop shop for the Heroes to manage customers’ jobs, provide quotes and create payment requests.
We think we’re the first in our field to do this; it’s all part of our mission to set the benchmark for how skilled home services should be done.
The app, which is available for iOS devices and Android as a progressive web app, also includes access to our exclusive Rewards portal for Heroes once they have completed £2000 worth of work: from a 10% Apple store discount to a concierge service.
