Having to wait at home, potentially even miss work, for a service or a delivery to your home is rarely appreciated, by anyone.
What can be even more frustrating is to miss your delivery or service such as a plumber or electrician which, according to the Office of National Statistics, has happened to over 60% of customers.
And even though e-commerce is growing fast, accounting for almost £600 billion in sales in 2017, online delivery is still not convenient for many people - one in 20 online orders results in a missed delivery.

Not being able to be at home during weekday working hours and facing more expensive, or simply unavailable services on the weekend, online shopping for products and services is still something not everyone can take full advantage of.
Keycierge addresses this problem by allowing home services and deliveries to be completed safely and successfully without anyone needing to be home.
Keycierge, trusted and secure access
A member of the Keycierge team will collect your key from you whenever you are home or available, or, if you have a smart lock, generate a unique access code. You can then simply go about your day.
Keycierge then assumes the responsibility for granting access to your home for services such as plumbing or meter reading, as well as for home deliveries.
Keycierge will notify you when your door is opened and closed, leaving you with the peace of mind that your service has been carried out, or your package has been delivered, successfully and securely.
