Have you got what it takes to be a SuperHero?

At Local Heroes we’re always on the lookout for trusted local tradesmen to join our network but we never forget the existing Heroes who go above and beyond in their commitment to providing excellent customer service.

To recognise all these Heroes, we’re launching SuperHero status!

SuperHeroes have a record of delivering the absolute highest levels of customer service, embody the values of the Local Heroes Code of Conduct and always go the extra mile to get the job done.

By becoming a SuperHero these exceptional Heroes gain access to a number of extra benefits including early access to trial new features and benefits we develop before anyone else, so they can really influence how Local Heroes develops in the future. They also get first refusal on a percentage of jobs in their local area so they can continue to provide the very best service to their local customers.

If you’re already a Local Hero, all you need to do to be considered is continue accepting Local Heroes jobs and providing brilliant customer service. We’ll be looking at how many jobs you accept through the platform as well as customer feedback. If you’ve got what it takes, we’ll be in touch!
