We’re always listening to our tradespeople and improving the service for them. That’s why we're launching loads of extra benefits for the Heroes, to make sure that doing Local Heroes jobs is as easy and rewarding as possible.

Hero Rewards
To say thank you for all their great work, we're giving the Heroes access to brilliant benefits for taking Local Heroes jobs. Heroes will get access to loads of discounts and cashback from leading high street and online shops, as well as discounts on parts, all through their Local Heroes app.
Hero App Launch
We've developed a new app for the Heroes to make it easy to see and accept available jobs in their area, and manage all their jobs in one place. A group of 250 Heroes have been testing the beta and we’re soon launching the new app for this group. We can't wait to hear their feedback!
Keeping Heroes and Customers Safe
We’ve introduced light-hearted and humorous (we hope!) notifications to the Heroes as gentle reminders of how to keep everyone as safe as houses.
