Here at Local Heroes we’re really proud that we have reached our 10,000th Trustpilot review. Since our launch in 2016, we have quickly expanded our reach to be nationwide with an increasing network of nearly over 1,700 Hero firms.

Maintaining the high standard of the company over the last four years has required a lot of hard work from the team while ensuring that working at Local Heroes has been a lot of fun so we’re really pleased to hit this milestone. From our 10,000 reviews, we have achieved an average score of 4.7 and 86% of these are rated as excellent.

Trustpilot is used by thousands of companies, so it’s a great achievement that we are ranking highly amongst our competitors and we have one of the best Trustpilot feedback scores within our category.

We believe it’s important to use an independent platform for our reviews so even the most discerning customers can trust the quality of our service. Even though we also maintain our own internal review system which often provides more detailed feedback from which we can take action to regularly update and improve our business model.
